Telegram Wialon Super Bot is the easiest way to work with Wialon via Telegram chat. Different categories of users can use the bot:

• technicians can check the most recent message from the unit and see all parameters;
• logisticians and managers can generate standard reports to view data on trips, fuel consumption, and engine hours directly in a message via the bot;
• any employee can get full information about the unit status.

One of the most popular features is an in-built capacity to request a report on a unit or group of units from the user’s account. The platform generates a report for the selected time period and sends a PDF to the Telegram chat.

The Wialon Telegram Super Bot can work in a one-on-one chat or in a group. To do this, just add the bot to the Telegram group and provide administrator permission. The bot is open to all group members with the same settings.
