InSmartRain App

InSmartRain is a software and hardware solution for center pivot and linear irrigation machine monitoring and control in agriculture. The solution fully replaces the in-house control of almost any manufacturer’s equipment without voiding a warranty.

Each machine is equipped with the InSmartRain hardware platform. It offers four trim levels, including the new InSmartRain Pro and InSmartRain Pro+ versions that feature a touch screen operator panel.

Telematics data is transferred to Wialon via GPS and LoraWAN. The application supports Wialon Hosting and Wialon Local. The solution is available to web and Android users.

The solution is a constructor, the functionality of which can be built up.

Key functionality:

• performance calculation by irrigation sectors;
• water consumption calculation according to the specifications or the flow meter data;
• irrigation indicators calculation in mm;
• remote machine control, movement direction selection, irrigation rate selection (in the highest trim level);
• water gun on/off switch, fertilizers supply on/off switch;
• accident alarm signaling;
• fixing water gun operation periods (if any);
• fixing movements with no water in the line;
• flexible settings for any irrigation machine configuration.

The application and the hardware solution have been tested on the Reinke, Valley, Kuban, Bauer irrigation machines.
